Ginger and lemons are both good sources of vitamin C and minerals which are essential for the human body.

Fat burning is the process where by you reduce mass size in the body by either using certain drinks or foods to alter a reverse reaction or do exercise to burn fats.

Now how do we use Ginger and lemons to burn fats we do so by dicing ginger after peeling it into tiny cubes and then squeezing lemons into a glass and boiling both together.

Once you have boiled the ginger and lemon together you can allow it to cool and simmer down and later take a glass full of the drink you could even add honey every morning before breakfast and before going to bed after dinner as this helps open your stomach and cleanse your blood stream totally.
